The ordinary non-IT person on the street wouldn't know how to, but if someone out there wants to get you, they can. They need to know what they're doing though

Well I figure that if some russian hacker wants to get me then there are many other ways that they could. If someone holds something against an escort there are many ways of outing them- the most obvious calling and making a booking.

I do understand the need for privacy as an escort. I crop my face out of my photos to make it harder to recognise me and keep my private details very separate. Of course facebook will make it a little easier for someone to see you but in reality I don't personally feel it is going to make a huge difference if there is a link to EI on there. Nobody is forced to like or join or anything. As I have already said EI advertises on many different websites and people are always a click or two away.

I do understand peoples worries of course, but I do think this will be blown out of proportion.

Yep agree completely. If someone is out to get you they'll find away regardless of E-I on Facebook. Just need to be careful about keeping your personal online life separate from the fake.

I have to agree with the majority of ppl that this is a very bad idea,i would suggest closing the account pronto.I know some reg to support the TOTBL but this links E-I straight to FB and will end in tears for many who use both.

I think Amber you have hit the crux of the problem on the head, if you'll excuse the mixed metaphor, what is the point of having and EI page on facebook if we the clients won't link to it. It is not even the putting of two and two together that is the worry, we do not want to advertise the fact we use escorts. It is wrong that we have to keep it a secret as I personally believe it is a necessary and useful service that prevents a lot more problems in society, however society is not mature enough to accept the theoretical argument. I am happy to make theoretical argument in person without saying I pay for female company, because people will view me differently. So I am slightly confused as to why EI would have a facebook page if we can't like it..
