    not to split hairs: but being offered BBFS isn't the same as accepting it, although I take your implication that if it's being offered it's generally going to be accepted thus ramping up third parties' risk factor. But if an escort is doing BBFS with her IV abusing boyfriend..but practices safe sex with punters- are the implications really any different?
