Let me explain, there was an escort called Sandy that did not opt out of reviews, she then ended her tour but when she returned she activated a second profile and opted out of reviews on that profile, at the time ad staff were unable to confirm
They were the same lady so the reviews were left up but if you know how to look up images of past escorts which I have explained in the past how to do you can clearly see they are one and the same.

So it's the system which is messed up rather than the people using it. There really ought to be a better way to keep a profile from being reactivated than putting "DON'T ACTIVATE THIS PROFILE!!" as part of the escort's name.
