No, not a good idea , nor would oral on you if the client had a coldsore, there easily transfered to the other person when its active. luckily I don't suffer from coldsores too often, but would defiintely hold off visiting anyone if I did. Cold sores are herpes virus. Oral and genital versions (1 and 2) are inter changeable. the vast majority of genital herpes in the US is actually of the oral variety (HSV 1). Take care of yer selves.

I suffer from them as well , although the older you get the less you get them .
