    Default Sunday Independent

There are two excellent pieces in today's Sunday Independent regarding both the TOBL campaign and the sex industry in general, both of them written by Brother Jim Cusack. The first piece is on page 18 of the main paper and contains an interview with a spokesperson for the TOBL campaign:

Unfortunately I cannot link to the article on pages 22 and 23 of life magazine, but it covers a lot from the famous Monto of the 19th and early 20th century, it's closing down in 1925 by the fascist Legion of Mary, the Magdalene laundries and 80 odd years of Roman dictatorship, the current TOTRL campaign and the historial involvement of the religious congregations behind Ruhama and the ICI, and the TOBL campaign.

It's a great piece that covers a lot of ground.

I can only add that if the current government ceed our social sovereignty to Rome, than they're no better than the last crowd who ceeded our economic and fiscal sovereignty to Brussels.

I'd suggest it's best not to speculate here for privacy purposes.
