But is this sort of here already in the form of references? Those references are there for anyone to see but most people simply dont bother looking for them. When I book via PM I suggest that the lady looks at my profile and read my reviews/references but few actually do. So what does that say?
I think the actual badge is like a 'my micky is bigger than your micky' thing and really has little relevence. It has been posted here a few times that when reviews are read by potential clients, its not always the badge but the name that carries the weight.

Yes, references are already here but the problem is that generally clients have to ask escorts they've seen for them - usually in order to apply for TR status. For this particular part i suggested, it's a tool to be used exclusively for escorts, so it would be in their own interest and interest of fellow escorts to give good clients a quick Tick mark beside their name.

As for your second point, it doesn't necessarily have to be a badge, just a clearly marked indicator which would be visible to only escorts, next to a person's username, say, when they PM an escort for a booking. Since the client wouldn't be aware if he has one or not there'd be no chance of him expecting privileges. It would just simply indicate to an escort that her collegues deemed him trustworthy.

But why is that, is it clients have actual access due to a careless or over zealous to impress escort or just reports on whats being said being passed around, only time I've ever had any dealing with it was this week and at that I was told nothing other than I was mentioned, surely there is a way E-I can shore up it's walls??

Escorts automatically gain access when they pay for an ad. It means we dont know who is looking at what until it is too late. I have no idea how it could be changed, I dont think it can be really.

I may have to stand corrected but the 'references' are not used for the purposes of applying for a TR badge. They are a recent thing

As long as some Escorts allow some clients access to the private section this type of thing cannot be stopped

Yep Monkeynut. ChiefH the references Monkey is talking about are on your profile page. If you click on my profile and look at the tab References it shows them.
I think these refs should be used more, as the ladies can give them AND TAKE THEM AWAY at a later date if they wish.

I think you're right, but for the most part that's what they seem to be used for at the moment. And as Dave says, it's barely used. The escort has to click into your profile, but whereas here it would just be a little bright indicator next a person's username. If the escort wanted to see which of her collegues had approved him she could click and see.

Yeah you're probably right. Judging by other comments on the thread, the Private Escort forum isn't all that private so many reviewers / posters probably would be aware if they had one or not. But on the plus side, it wouldn't be visible to Joe Soap who's viewing a list of an escort's reviews, therefore that reviewer wouldn't carry any extra "weight".
Joe Soap would have his own custom added TRs who he himself deemed trustworthy.

Erm, well. Hopefully ad staff would notice if someone was playing silly buggers. If someone is determined, I dont see how they could be stopped though.
