Chat room or whisper room

I did not know this...and i'm sure that there have been occasions where I have typed more than 10 pms (albeit to the same lady...so does that count?..or is it 10 pms to separate ladies...never seen 10 ladies in there at any one time tho)..

It is not about the number of ladies in the chat room - my point is about how best to communicate/chat to them in private - far from an expert on the pm system but I do think there is an hourly limit.
