No I don't think we are alone the universe is vast there has to be other forms of life out there.
Considering that all the elements are the same throughout the universe, that there are billion upon billions of galaxies let alone stars with orbiting planets, mathmatically at least other life must exist,however if they have bulgy heads,bug eyes and delight in anal probing is another matter.
We are in fact all extrarerrestial as all the atomic building blocks of life come from space.
