I had a very similar request from a client. He wanted me to kill a mouse or something. If I could do it whilst wearing a cowboy outfit he said he'd pay extra!

he was told to refrain from sex for 10 days and obv until the stitches were removed
but he couldnt wait i felt faint doing the deed
but thank god stitches remained intact
