It's amazing what you can tell about a person just from speaking to, never mind looking at a person.
There are many methods on how to 'read' a person, which is why they like to check us out.
As Morpheous stated, it's nothing to do with our looks, (I should know that after all), but more our manner, to weed out the very young clients, or clients they do not wish to deal with.
If they are not happy with what they see, then perhaps it's better they cancel, rather than proceed with the appointment, and thereby marring the experience.
