i'm fairly new to the this but i'v had about ten punts that were good.most off them advertised owo but was never preformed.dose it cost extra for this or do i just ask for it.thanks

Not sure who you have been seeing, but any that I have see who advertise OWO do so without being asked. And one or two have checked to make sure I'm ok with OWO before proceeding.
