Sam pressed the red button again. Blew up one of the routers in the data centre. 12 Network engineers have been rushed to hospital with protruding computer compenents which got lodged dueing the blast.
This one was out of our hands, there was a small issue in our data centre. I believe it has been resolved.

Well, hope it's all been sorted... what's with all the tech issues lately? System updates? Did something ACTUALLY blow up?
