Hi everyone,

These past two weeks have been really trying for escorts, clients and E-I staff and site helpers, and despite the ups and downs, it would be really nice if we could show some appreciation to our dedicated technical team that work literally all hours to ensure that all our technical issues are resolved as soon as the possibly can.

Without these guys, these problems could be much, much worse (as if they're not bad enough already), and through several mediums of communication, Jackie, Nicole and I have been reporting these issues and have had very swift responses from the techies, so guys, thank you for everything and keep up the great work

There are several people on the technical team but they really work in the background to ensure that everything's running well; not glory hunters like the rest of us!

I suppose you have a valid point, Samlad. We all tend to take the site for granted when everything works smoothly, and it has certainly done that very well for quite a few years. But, as Ber said, they are being paid to maintain the site, and I'm sure that technical ability doesn't come cheap.
The last two weeks have been abnormally bad and I would think it has tested patience of the whole E-I team, but also it has more than likely tested the patience of your paying customers, the escorts, to the limit. Fair play to them for not creating more of a fuss when their source of income was being affected by so much down time for their profiles.
Let's hope all the problems are resolved soon.

Btw, I still can't access the site from my office computer so I'm getting loads of work done. Thanks for that.
