I use my pc - I have a wireless router wimax (10mb packet service,the most expensive),great 4 movies download,tv stream perfectly.. but 4 the EI - error 404 and error 405 !!!!

Ping not always gives a response, some providers do block ping facilities.
In terms of not showing some of the pictures, I have noticed that using the full url including www does help.
Please try restart your computer or flash DNS, that might help in cases that the Irish providers have woke up and updated their DNS records. Switch Off/On phones can help too.

You're quite right. I'm pinging from an Eircom connection now and there is no response:


However yesterday it wasn't even resolving to an IP address for me.

I've been having that problem all month. It will work it you use the basic uploader option to the right of the select files button. Its the only way I can get it to work. Try that.

Problems on and off for a cpl of weeks here, sometimes 404 error, sometimes only main page loading, sometimes timing out.
In Uk using Virgin BB connection and wireless router. No problems with other sites.

Thats great Rover. I originally thought the problem was my desktop but now I know differently. Its a little pain having to load each pic individually but at least it works.

Hi Pat all this week it was on and off the site......was logging in then sudenly in 10 min no page displaying....i was getting the 405 error and am using an o2 stick and windows internet explorer as browser.......there were times when the page was not diplaying for hours at times maybe all night and half day.....

My friend Sweet Rachel since last night she cant even see the page even till this moment she is using 3 g stick and windows internet explorer as browser......She been able to see the page yesterday at nearly 12 am since then all today and now having the same problem page cannont be displayed.....

Have not been able to get on since yesterday about 10 pm or so. FF, Safari, Lynx, curl all had problems. Definitely DNS issues for me, now routing through the Norwegian Opera servers and it works. This is with digiweb as the isp. Same problems on 02 with an iPhone, same time span.

Im using upc and explorer browser mainly,couldnt access EI from about 22h friday night till yesterday evening!
