bloody hell, its a nightmare in out all morning, any reasoon, using google
taking a break, but not gone
Ok, I get it now. Thank you. I see the point you're making.
I know the technical team are grafting away trying to resolve these problems quickly, and I'm also aware that this is causing problems for you all, and at this stage we can only but apologise.
In the whole 10-12 years this site has been running, it is worth remembering that this is the first time that we have experienced problems on this level, so we do have to give credit to the technical team for being so quick to jump on any technical issues we have. As I've said on another thread in the general chat area, I have reason to believe that a competitior site went down for about a week. They clearly don't have the level of competent staff that we have working for E-I.
Please hang in there and these issues should soon be resolved completely. Thank you again for your everlasting patience.
To be honest Kelly, I was catching up and didn't know what the extent of the problem was until we started receiving a high level of calls in the office. I was merely going to check the details of these users to see if the problem was related to a particular ISP. There's really no need for the sarcasm when I'm trying to help everyone.

Anyone who is using Google Chrome should dump it as soon as you can. It is a virus magnet! I use AVG software to keep my PC in check and every time I had an issue with my PC half the infected files were related to Google Chrome in some way. Even some registery files were affected. I deleted the entire programme and I have no trouble now. I run Vista Business as my OS and Firefox as my browser ....
