But please tell us how we could easily check when a new review is submitted that it is not an exact duplicate? Even if we could do this, surely the fake reviewers would soon cop on and just change one character somewhere so it is not an exact duplicate???

Believe me, I am PISSED OFF at the amount of fake reviews myself at the moment, but we need a bit of time to develop the improved reviews system behind the scenes and it is not getting done any faster so long as I'm on here defending E-I, so I am just going to ignore all but the very straight forward simple problems pointed out, and get on with what I want to be doing.
