Look at it from the escorts' point of view. We have many foreign escorts that advertise on E-I and they wish to join the community and get involved with some of the discussion. If people only spoke in Irish and these escorts have already gone to a great deal of trouble to learn English to break the language barrier, I feel that this would isolate them from the community.

Please don't think this idea is being brushed under the carpet; I have since had some private messages with some constructive ideas and these will be discussed with higher mangement.

Sam, oh dear you mistake my comment, it isn't about his or your ability to moderate the forum, it is more to the point that there is a special forum for Gay members, and Disabled members and those moderators are not always on, or working at moderating all the time. I mean seriously do we really need so many moderators in the English section of the board? And to be honest having an Irish section of the forum will be popular in the first few days, and then taper of and become easily manageable. All I am saying is apply a small amount of humanity to decisions.

I mean can it not be a sub forum section? When you click on it you get a min version of the main board, but in Irish. I mean that is one way for the Irish escorts to let the boys know they are truly Irish. Some men do like their home grown variety. I mean we are in Ireland after all and it doesn't hurt to play to that; it does go a long way to fostering good will. I have heard a rumor that the 800 years of occupation is still a wee bit of a sore subject.
