Yeah, everyone says Lavendar oil is good for helping to sleep. Have tried it in baths before going to bed and a few drops on the pillows but can't say it did anything for me.
Ginger is a new one on me - how does that work? Would really like to try anything that may help - at the risk of stating the obvious sleeping is an issue for me. Have attended sleep clinics, etc. but nothing seems to work so genuinely really am interested in any suggestions you might have.
