Last time I planned on buying property was in 2004 in Stockton, Ca. and for some reason I didn't like the deal that was being offered-I remember thinking it was a Pyramid scheme-well, for the last couple of years Stockton, Ca has had one of the highest foreclosure rates in America, and that 'deal' was featured in the tv show 'American Greed', now there were little details as to why I wasn't keen on it, and they were all featured in that show. No, no, no-I would have gotten sucked into the property game-that was part of the 'deal', wait until the price went up, sold it, and brought another; besides the property was already over-valued-you would have had to been there, and not been greedy to realize it was the scheme of the century
