Another favourite off mine bangers and mash with spring onion.

My favourite for breakfast:-

Toasted multigrain bagel, cut in half with sliced tomatoes, with plenty of salt and pepper.
As an alternative:-
Toasted Sesame seed bagel, cut in half with thinly sliced camembert or brie over the top (never melted).

Just love unusual types of bread toasted for breakfast, with something on to top to compliment the taste.

Crumbed ham, and cheese on a slice of toast. Chop a tomato and add a little oragano. Under the grill until the chees starts to melt and the tomato sinks into the melted cheese - sinful but nice.

Driving home from work and you hit that one light and it is green, takes all of 2 mins off my journey home.
You come down to your local and there is noone else sitting at your favorite table and noone is hugging the barman so you get served quite fast all night.
You go into your local convenience store and the normally angry looking girl has suddenly changed and greets you with a smile and a how are you.
You go into the fridge and there is just one beer left that you didn't remember was there.
You go through another day where you and your loved ones are doing great (Actually it is a great thing, not a small thing)
You wake up and it is another glorious day

Lots more for me. I find enjoyment in most things in life and I do find that if you look at life with a positive outlook, most times life smiles back at you.
