I know you are quite active or the fake picture/review scene, AnDon, and have probably read a lot more reviews than me, but I think there may be some substance to the fake positive reviews that may discredit a lady.
I may be accused of bias in highlighting this one, as I have met Jasmin on numerous occasions and can't see her being involved in this or the other fake reviews on her profile, all in a period between Mar-Sep 2008

If it's now obvious that the escort wasn't involved in posting the review, the rat should be removed
I agree that negative ratted reviews should also be removed.

There are at least four ways an escort can end up with a fake positive review.
    1) She writes it, her agency does, or they get someone to. This is what people usually assume, and they are usually right, but not always.
    2) Fantasy artists. There are guys you enjoy writing reviews of appointments which didn't happen. Don't ask me; I don't understand it either. But it happens.
    3) Some idiot trying to be "helpful". Sometimes this is related to the "Escort of the Month" competition. Sometimes it's a guy who's in love with the escort. Or a guy who failed to turn up for his appointment and this is his way of making up for it.
    4) The obvious fake to discredit the escort. I have never seen a review where I was sure this was the explanation, but I'm not saying it doesn't happen.

I don't think any of the three reviews linked above is a clear case of 4, the discrediting fake. Could anyone have been sure they would be ratted? Many reviews which look worse aren't ratted. It would be an unreliable way to discredit someone. Maybe it happened, but I doubt it. I wasn't around for Jasmin's review, for example, but it looks to me more like a case of 3, the "helpful" idiot.

“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

ur dead right el g; most of the positive revs are written by the girls themselves or by boyfriends, pimps or deluded clients trying to support them

You may be right El Gordo. I probably don't read enough reviews to be an expert, or have a degree in psychology, and know nothing about shared ip addresses. It's a tough job for the review mods and people like yourself, with the Guide to reliable escorts that you work so hard on.
I wondered why those reviews were ratted, and other similar ones, as the reviewer seemed to be 'on the money' in comments about the escorts in question.

I can add a comment to this which is re marvinboy that was ratted on my profile I actually genuinely believe I have met him..During that period I was in Laois and did get alot of referals from Alvira the only other lady he reviewed....I wasnt as strict as I am now so I cannot prove 100% I met the guy unless certain questions were asked to the reviewer in question....Maybe he chose to have many different usernames as he didnt want people to know who he was etc etc sometimes people are very paranoid this could be the reason...

Now a more interesting point that El Gordo has not mentioned at all re fake positive reviews...The final reason someone would have to write fake positive reviews is to build credibility for themselves in order to review their own ladies that work for them or to get a shiny badge next to their review name....
Either of these reasons are also very possible and have nothing to with the escort getting the fake positive reviews at all...
I must say like the rest of the opinions if a lady gets consistent rats on positive reviews then yes there is a problem as its very unlikely for someone to be consistently unlucky with rats on positive reviews...However it could be a case of the other two points I have mentioned then the lady gets left with the rat which is really not fair as it spoils an otherwise very stable reputation...I must be honest and say whenever I look at my reviews I cringe when I see the one rat on there as I havent any others and try my very best to look after my reputation not only here in Ireland but in other countries also....
Regards fake negative ratted reviews why she the escort in question carry them around on her profile as a punishment as she hasnt contributed to this is there no way ei could have a seperate area where they keep bad usernames with bad ratted reviews if they need to keep track of them....
In regards a reviewer calling the ei offices really I cannot see many of the gents I see wanting to be phoning headquarters to publish a review then they would probably just leave it...That is a good idea but there must be another way around it to....
    Just my little bit xxx
Will MISS you all... For those of you that will keep in touch you know how to do this.... Take Care Kisses Alyssa Jenkins xxxx

True, I forgot that one. I had a feeling I was leaving something out, which is why I wrote "at least four". In fact I've always been puzzled that this doesn't happen more often than it does. I know some ladies report positive reviews if they think they haven't seen the client, but most don't, so it would be any easy way to build credibility.

I think ratted reviews should be removed if the lady in question had nothing to do with the review, but if there is some thought that she was trying to drum up business then they should remain.

In all escorting/punting boards you will have linked reports in general. Some of these are good reports, posted neutrally and moderated sharply. Some are not. In my experience the traffic, and consequently the clientele, will go toward the sites with the most up to date and comprehensive reviews. So far, so good. However, what makes Escort Ireland unique is that it allows fake/suspect reviews but attaches a symbol of a rat to them. This is sometimes followed by an explanation, but mostly not. However these reviews and rats stay on profiles, even when blatantly fake. In a manner of speaking, they are rewarded by publicity.

I am aware the job is hard and that things have to be proven, but in the meantime livelihoods are damaged and fraudulent activities are encouraged, because in the time it takes to prove this ten or more reviews are going up...which means two or more escorts daily are being tainted by another escorts need for quick money. Unfortunately the ratted reviews remain when the greedy ladies leave, and the good escorts are left with a blemish they don't need. Is this fair?

I think what I am asking is who thinks it would be better to remove these suspect reviews completely? There is no reward in no publicity. Nothing to be gained. Because I am starting to think that the occasional rat is no real problem to the determined.

    What do you think?
