No don't worry - practice makes perfect.
Used to get sore head, but no more (perhaps I should worry - ah whats the use of worrying?)
The trick is not to have any supplementary bottles stashed!

Just a hint, if you do go over your weekly allocation, never recycle, just dump.
Saves the wife having the bother of counting and wagging that finger at you!!!!!!!
