    I know the OP said 'favourite film' but I can never choose, so I'm going to cheat and give you my top three. (Again probably cheating as they are all trilogies - but thats what I like best, to line them up and watch them back to back)

    1. Lord of the Rings
    2. Star Wars (Episodes IV-VI)
    3. The Matrix trilogy
