As mentioned before, someone has to be the first reviewer.
For me, the most important aspect of the profile is if the pictures are verified.
If they are and she meets your criteria, then I would go ahead.
I have made some great finds this way, and once reviewed others seem to follow on and review the girls.
Therefore I would not be put off by no reviews, I would however be dissuaded on visiting the lady if pictures are unverified and/or she does not accept reviews - always sets off alarm bells for me these days.
Another reason I don't like to visit girls without verified pictures, is that I like to give business to girls who have gone that little bit further to ensure their pictures are verified.
There will come a time when all pictures will be verified - the sooner the better in my opinion.
