I guess as someone who doesn't generally repeat visit an escort and has never (bar once) come close to developing a relationship of any kind with an escort, the above sometimes doesn't register with me.

I have probably repeated a visit with about 12 escorts, and of those, 4 ladies became multiple repeats. As for developing a relationship, it's preferable, for me anyway, to be comfortable and relaxed in an appointment, and meeting with a regular lady helps enormously.
