Hi Donna... Thanks for popping in... And popping out. Lol.
An interesting comment made leads me to ask for clarification.
"As has been said to other posters who have brought up this issue with Maxi, the situation was dealt with as per the escort asked. Why others have to jump on the bandwagon when it is none of their concern, really is not acceptable. This will only end up in yourself potentially getting banned if you continue to cause this trouble on the boards."
Can I therefore take it that communication with the victimised escort actually occurred and that EI have accepted that distress was caused and subsequently banned Maxi as a result. I also know that this ban was not handed out without considerable managerial debate and it was deemed that one month is suitable. Can we take it that a scale of ban lengths has been drawn up to cover escorts being assaulted etc...
Causing undue distress = 1 month. ....pffff

I raised the issue myself yesterday. I was informed by a manager that the matter in relation to Maxi is being looked at, and, that it would be better if there was no more comment on the matter until the issue has been resolved.
In fairness to all involved I will make no more comment until there is a resolution, except to say, that there is a strong feeling among many, that a person who behaves in the way alleged, has, no place chatting on the boards with the majority of guys that treat the Ladies here with respect!
However I do believe that the general premise of EI/ES banning being cross jurisdictional is a topic worthy of debate.
To say it is a separate site is true, but when it started there was a lot of effort made by the managers for us to pop over to it and try to kick start it! Therefore I believe it perfectly reasonable for the issues raised in a general way are valid!
Okay all,
I have already had private conversations with several of you regarding this situation, and have explained the reasons why this user was allowed access to the other sites. For those of you I have corresponded with, you will understand why I will not make a public affair of this, but for a number of reasons (none of which are peer-pressure related by any means), I have banned this user from the other sites.
Escort safety is our priority, regardless of whatever rumours or personal opinions some posters may have in relation to our approach to this. What we are finding increasingly frustrating is that some posters decide to start a thread on some 'moral crusade' to try and 'oust the demons', and more than likely we are trying to deal with a delicate matter behind the scenes without creating a public issue about it.
On several occasions these threads have done more harm than good in relation to escort safety, but when we try to dampen the issue, we are accused of playing 'hush-hush' and trying to bury the 'facts'. We have also had a number of people arguing the toss by saying that they know more than we do, which let's face it, doesn't really help matters if these things are not reported to one of the moderators or managers in the first place.
Please don't regard this as a rant of principal... quite the opposite really! Please do think about what you post. If you think that you may have some information (no matter how trivial) regarding an escort's safety, please, please report this first before deciding to make a public issue of it. The last thing we need is to get into a trivial argument over such issues when all we are trying to do is resolve them!
I am closing this thread now, as for obvious reasons, we cannot go into any more details.
