I think Aliciasexy has the right attitude. . .
if you put your stick into too many ports, you'll get a virus, same is true for people.
Dip it into lots of different holes, You'll get a virus.
Keep it covered . Simple

Dont think the irish men started asking for owo,cim,a....
Girls!!!! The most important it is you!!
Are things money cant buy!
I honestly think the fears are overplayed. Mouth and throat cancer are extremely rare. The main link for HPV and cancer is with cervical cancer - through unprotected sexual intercourse. Scientists often get a little too full of themselves and exagerate findings.
I'm in the medical field myself, and have to wade thorough constant study publications about association and disease. My take is that the association here is a weak one. By contrast - smoking has the strongest association with many different cancers, and is certainly a far greater danger than unprotected oral sex.

I just want to thank you for bringing this issue..since more and more punt are asking for cim, they should really know what involves, and think twice because when an escort will do that it's because she done that before in many other ocasions.. check this out: --> Oral Sex and STDs – Information About Oral Sex and STDs

Reading that article posted by Shirley. I presume using condoms makes oral etc 100% safe presuming they dont tear ?
I tend to agree with Morpheus here, unprotected vaginal sex is by far the most high risk behaviour for increasing risk of developing cervical cancer and since protection is used at all times then this is a largely moot point. The condom may have saliva present due to covered oral prior to vaginal sex so there may be an associated infection risk here. In the case of reverse oral most girls insist on clitoral stimulation only which does have an impact on infection risk (that is to say hopefully a reduction).
The bottom line here is basic hygiene and good cleaning practices after indulging in these activities will help enormously. Needless to remark no girl should feel coerced or pressurized into taking an unsheath penis into her mouth, is she provides OWO it should be on a well informed and calculated basis.
In general terms it is good to discuss these items. Good post.

Continuing the protected sex chat, has anyone used dental dams , and do the girls hate them as they may inhibit sensitivity ? Or do you care about your own stimulation once the money is pocketed, in fairness
Are you a doctor then, and do you have some firm medical evidence that you could post here to prove to us that these fears are indeed "overplayed"? If you watch the documentary "Dangerous Practices" which was aired on BBC3 two nights ago, and to which Pat has posted a link, it would certainly appear that a top HPV related cancer specialist from Cambridge University would disagree with you. It is precisely that kind of attitude that is responsible for the increase in HPV related cancers. There clearly IS a risk, otherwise why have the UK government introduced a national HPV vaccination programme for girls aged 12-13?? I hardly think they'd bother to spend all that money if this were all just a storm in a teacup, do you? What I think is very wrong is that they are not also vaccinating boys of the same age, but I guess the cost of that would just be astronomical. HPV related throat cancers are, after all, more commonly diagnosed in men than in women. Bottom line: If you play with fire enough times you will eventually get burned. Why take the risk? I agree with the HPV specialist's comment about unprotected oral sex in the documentary: "PREGNANT IS ABOUT THE ONLY THING YOU CAN'T GET".
