I really think it is a bad idea. I would say the same to a girl who wanted to be an escort with hardly any sexual experience, this is something you have to have balance with, things to compare to, and the ability to distinguish the differences. Hey ho, possibly I am too serious.

I know what you mean Lucy. But when I think back to my first time, it was a disaster for both of us. I realise it's all part of the learning experience, but I would have preferred to have had a bit more experience before we 'got it on'. I don't suppose it occurred to any mature adult here to point out that losing your virginity in a simulated environment with a paid professional is not a healthy or advisable way to lose your virginity? That it will raise your expectations of sex to an unnatural state and possibly affect the way you see and interact with females forever?

MEn and women think so different to each other when it comes to sex, a young man just wants to have sex! a young woman wants the right guy someone special to have sex, at 19 he's an adult and if he wants to pop his cherry with an escort he should.
most first times are a disaster, i think me can all agree with that, so spending it with an experienced escort is a good idea IMO, he's more likely to have a good experience, which in turn gives more confidence going forward.
