Recently I've read some damning reviews. Lads did not get everything
just as they liked. I really do not think this gives someone the right to write
a review which will end their business in the short and long term.

When reading reviews it's always important to read other reviews by the poster as it will give you a bit if an understanding of their attitude and their expectations, reviews are really just opinions and you know what they say about opinions;
