thats why i dont advertise some things that i do do a lot of the time, then if the moment takes me i can do whatever i want as long as a man knows its no a def to get those things !! better be pleasently surprised and get something u didnt expect than if i advertised certain things and didnt do them!!
so i never have to feel oblidged to take any smelly cocks in my mouth just the squeaky clean ones

This is a very good point. I dont think any girl shoud be expected to provide a service unless she is happy with the client's hygiene and/ or attitude. Many reviewers would be quick to complain that a girl was a 'clock watcher' but maybe this is, at times, more a reflection on the client than the girl. Especially, on those instances which are not unusual where a girl with otherwise positive reviews gets a very negative review.

Guys ..... I still think you are missing the point totally. Escorts advertise a rate for their time and companionship only. That is ALL they advertise. They do NOT advertise sexual services and so the contract between the client and Escort does NOT include them. If any activity of a sexual nature takes place then that is purely co incidental in the eyes of contract law. If an Escort wants to talk about the weather for an hour then she is not in breach of contract whatsoever, even if you have discussed things before hand.
If she decides not to engage in something for the reasons outlined below ..
1. An abusive/obnoxious/disrespectful client.
2. A client who is obviously drunk or high.
3. A client who has hygiene issues. (cheese, dingleberries, bad breath)
4. A client who looks like he may have a transmittable disease.
5. A person on the ugly mugs/dangerous clients list.
6. A client who is "too big" for a particular service.
.... then its tough shit son ..... go and wash yourself!
