So Stephen Ireland is thinking of playing for Ireland now.

As he is not considered good enough to make the Aston Villa bench (one of the shittiest teams in the premiership for the uninitiated), he reckons that playing for Ireland will help put him in the shop window for a transfer.

What fucking planet is this guy on? I suppose that, if this conceited plan were to go ahead, he would then fuck off again when he got his transfer?
