Doom, not to be a shit, but you have to pay to play. I am lucky enough that I can demand a high salary for what I do, but the 400 euros I make a day as an I.T. contractor is pocket change to most of these girls.

In Los Angeles in the mid 80s the price of a prossie was around $300 U.S. dollars per hour, about what we pay now here in Ireland in 2007. Girls in Prague charge much less and Prague is not back water eastern European shit hole either; it's class.
The market dictates the price.
It doesn't take an economics major to realise that if we refused to pay their asking price that they'd either start charging less or go elsewhere to peddle their services.
However, organising all of us punters to demand lower pricing is unrealistic as there is no loyalty or honor among us.
The only way to lower pricing is to legalise prostitution, the government will get a cut and the prossies will trot over here en mass like they have to Berlin, Prague and Amsterdam where prostitution is legal. More competition equals lower pricing.
Sadly, I don't think legalization will ever happen in my life time.
All things considered: the prossie price is just another symptom of rip off Ireland. So until the market changes we pay to play.
A tip: If I like a girl I will ask her to give me a regular rate, most girls comply with this with little argument as it’s to their advantage to receive the steady income and most prefer to see regulars versus some stranger. I get a lower rate and she gets security of income and safety of a known punter. The only down side to this arrangement is I tend to get bored of a girl long before I have the opportunity to take full advantage of this arrangement.
