Actually, this has been one of the more useful threads.

I was going to buy one, but I will definitely give it a miss now.

Healthy is not not much compensation for food without taste.

So; good, bad or re-wrap and fob off as a wedding present? Genuinely curious ...

Ok heres my problem with Foremans "Lean??????? grilling machine. Look at him? Surely he uses it himself and he is hardly lean is he? He was lean for about three years of his life and the rest of the time was a fat man including since he made his so called Lean grill.

    doesnt add up,

Fat is actually needed for optimum health. Its a myth that fat is bad for you as your body compensates by lowering or upping your cholesterol levels to match the amount you consume. Cholesterol is produced naturally in the body. Its actually carbs are the enemies of staying lean, not fat.

    Sincerely,
    Westside.

Too much of anything's bad for you, mate. That's why it's called a 'balanced' diet.

Yep thats true. Everything in moderation. For staying lean though for 99% of ppl carbs are the enemy and the prob is most of them taste nice.

Early man had to hunt for food and it is said to be instinctive for us to build our fat stores for survival, hence the reason we all crave fatty foods.
