There are almost no circumstances in which a review should be deleted. If it's thought to be fake it should be ratted. And a genuine reason should be given, not some useless crap like "***This Review is believes to be fake***". If it's not thought to be fake then it should stay. If the reviewer wants it removed, because it makes him look like an imbecile, then it should definitely stay.
