Socialist planned economies are not interested in the bourgeois concept of "efficiency." They are interested in allowing everyone to work and allowing everyone to have a home, free education, health care, etc
This cancerous idea of "efficiency" has turned society into a dumbed down cultural wasteland. If a film doesnt give you an emotional sugar surge every 30 seconds, todays audiences will find it "boring."
