I need help and advice, please

I am seeking advice after a recent visit to the doctor.

Most mornings I get up for work and have sex with my girlfriend.

She goes off to work, and I wait until my neighbour's husband leaves before meeting up with her for sex.

I then go off to work, where I have been seeing a girl in the office who works part time. Most mornings we have a little fun and sex.

Then at lunch time I have been having an affair with the lunch lady across the road. She is always up for it, sometimes even twice.

Most afternoons I slip into an ex girlfriend for sex on my way home.

My girlfriend is suspicious and insists I have sex with her every evening.

So now I have to be honest. The doctor asked me why I was seeing him.
