So if punter A calls and books for 7pm, and then punter B calls and books for 7pm, the escort will take both appointments. If B shows up and A doesn't then she wins. She gets paid by B instead of sitting around cursing A. If both show up then she has a problem. There are some ladies who will take that risk, and some who won't.
