Could be a cultural thing. I find that there are very, very few actual Thai FS providers anywhere I've traveled (Europe, US, Australia) however there are always a ton of Thai massage with happy ending. Could be as simple as a massage is a massage, no matter the body part being massaged. However, sex is personal.
Oddly enough, I can relate to that mentality as I have a much easier time separating massage from emotion than I do sex.
