While it can be good for your confidence to hear the lady express vocal pleasure at your endeavours, the fake moaning can be a bit ott, especially when you are barely touching them and they start oohing & ahhing.
The other side of it is the total silence when you think you are giving it your best shot, and the lady is filing her nails, writing out a to-do list for later etc etc
