I've changed limit to you can send max 20 messages in 60 minute period. Basically we are trying to strike the right balance here. We don't want to stop a fabulous chatty lady like yourself being able to PM her many fans, but we also want to make life a bit difficult for Mr Spammers who come on here every day intent on sending every other user here spam PMs.
