i wouldnt say that at all.. what i say is, that when problems arise. Go and visit your local prostitute, and after paying her the appropriate fee, please feel free to leave a nice mess of jungle jism dripping from her chin. i think you will find that this will be a short term fix to any and all problems you may encounter in your role as a moderator (and a rather good one at that i might add).

I think all the good I've done both on the forums and behind the scenes, submitting reports to Ugly Mugs, dealing with technical issues, removing abusive posts, banning trolls delaing with disputes over reviews, etc. should all be overlooked by this situation.

That puts things into perspective really, doesn't it?

Well, if you've read the posts, you will see that I've already tried to explain that in hindsight, I should have asked before removing it, and have tried to rectify the situation by stating that if Dom had a copy of the avatar, he could send it to me and I would reactivate it. This isn't really the issue so it seems.

You live and learn.

You cannot be serious. I thought you were EI Staff which I presume means that you get some sort of remuneration. Therefore, if you want to complain fuck off into the coffee room and do it there. There is no place for it here. Or at least that is the way I see it.
