i regularly drive at speeds in excess of 160 kmh on my way to work/home, whilst sending text messages, and sometimes making threatening hand signals to other motorists who cant/wont get out of the way. multi tasking at this speed is easy for a person whose penis is as large as mine.

yes, I notice people are very quick to slag off the standard man on the street for simply using a phone while driving, but not a word about the people in the army who regularly drive around taking potshots at people in the desert. Some of them even have a chap with a high caliber gun stuck on the top with some chap unloading round after round inside into the face of young 'uns and women while screaming "Get some! Get some babbbbayyyy!"
Again, one rule for the common taxpayer and another for government employees.

Do you really? I had no idea people texted while on the main roads, I don't even know how that would work. Seems like pure insanity to me.
You should be shot dead if you ever kill someone that's obeying the normal rules of the road doing that... nothing personal about that remark... I just think you'll agree that it would be fair.

shot dead? and who, pray tell, would pull the trigger?
Maybe you'd like to commission some government body to get someone to kill the offender? Or maybe you'd like to do it yourself, either way you are condoning murder and that makes you no better than the person who committed the offence.
I feel shame for you right now.

I would do it myself, someone else could do it, I don't care. The fact is that if you kill someone as a result of your actions, it doesn't matter whether you really intended to do it or not.... that is no good to the person who is dead in the ground.
If you say "shur it was a tiny risk", well maybe it is a tiny risk, a tiny risk to YOUR life as well if this was implemented. You must take the tiny risk onto your own life as well if you choose to impose it on others' lives.
