Look on the references tab of your profile. There isn't such a thing as a bad reference.

I think in the main US ladies are as scared as the guys. As El Gordo said, it is highly illegal. An escort there could and probably would go to prison.

I personally like how some of the ladies here work, by means of getting references from other ladies that the client has already visited. Of course, this leaves any new clients a little in difficulty to see any ladies that are seeking references

Ringing at work might be a problem in Ireland, I think what El Gordo said is correct, many punters will quit punting and some of the escorts would not do the reference checks, thus getting more clients then the correct escorts that would go by the rule.

What I would love myself??? A centralised system of all clients.

At the moment, most ladies might have some info about good or bad clients. Some ladies share the bad clients, some don't. We also have the Ugly Mugs system, where not all the bad clients are going for the lack of reporting. If escorts would be like a union, like a league, they could employ a couple of competent people to keep a client data base.
Each number in the system, either referenced by some escorts, either flagged as dangerous or timewasting etc ...
One single entry for each individual number, in the same format, no duplications allowed. Clients might be also given an unique client ID. This client ID could be given when ringing an escort and she could check if the Client ID and the mobile number matches. All escorts would have only "view" only access to the database, as allowing everybody to ad and edit entries is just a recipe for messing up the entire work, as not everybody would check if the number already exist, would fill up differently the fields etc .. The "master file" employed people would get each day from all escorts via text message, email, PM etc ... (or maybe via a entry form in the system) the list with the client numbers seen that day, the TWs, the abusers etc ...

I am aware we are not as organised or as united but this will be an ideal way of knowing straight away for 99% of the cases who you are dealing with (in the sense of a good client or not, because no personal information will be ever entered for clients).

Imagine that. Phone ringing. While on the phone, the escort looks up the number in the database, which is not her personal tiny one, but it contains most Irish clients. You read there "OK client - OK given by 5 escorts" or "serial TW" or whatever and you make up your mind immediately what to do, without needing any references or taking big chances.
Or phone ringing and instead of having to guess what the person is like, he will say "hi, I'm in the client database, my client number is .... might I please have an appointment?" You check if the client ID and the phone number matches, check if he is OK in the comments and can answer with a big smile "Of course, hunni. What time would suit you?"

There was a list problem a couple of years ago when escorts tried sharing client information.
It ended up in the wrong hands and created a bit of a stir.
I'm all for escorts co-operating in weeding out the good & bad clients, but I don't know what the perfect system is.
