Zinc .... you need zinc in your diet. Zinc from fresh veggies and fruit. Avocados are very high in it. Stay off the smokes and junk food and you'll be fine

50 mgs three times a day. He wont get that much without supplementing it and good zinc is expensive. I think that this dose is minimum too tbh because not all of it will get through to the blood stream and be used.Originally Posted by Monkeynut

All goodpoints especailly the zinc one, but this is EX P. Im surpirsed it wasnt a puff of dust that came out his bell end
