You know what, this is a great example of a difference of opinion between a member and a manager. If Samlad thought that he was wrong (and maybe he wasn't) it would be great for the board for him to turn around and say so. If not in this instance, maybe in another, It is these things that can make a board great to be involved in... In my opinion only....
It is really hard to turn around and pull your neck in. We members should also be prepared and willing to do so when we have had a bit of time to reflect and where we think that we were out of line....
It would really add something to the board I think.
