If someone crashes into a legally operated mechanically propelled vehicle driven by a farmer that is larger that a normal road going vehicle, the farmer is not automatically the one in the wrong, in fact, more often that not, the other driver can be charged with driving without due care and attention and in a manner not in keeping with the road conditions...........

True but they would aks in a court who beared the most responsability and if the driver wasnt going at excessive speed and not on the wrong side of the road then he woulds have done all he could. The farmer however could have done more and have someoen up ahead to warn oncoming traffic.

Expect the unexpected is fine but a court doesnt recognise this only goes by the rules of common law (equity law wont come into this).
