What are the rules here regarding off topic threads
What i see happening is that ure free to go off topic post
pictures of cats ,dogs monkeys and talk any old rubbish u want
and its not a bother,but if u start talking about a contencious
issue u are then told its not allowed to go off topic
This is the consistency im talking about,either its a strictly
enforced rule or not
My personal opinion is its no harm,ive yet to see a thread
here ending up on the topic it begins on,and there have
been some great debates.
So things like this get to people when the rule book is pulled out when it
suits
