I think it's very unladylike to deliberately fart in front of a man. Then again, maybe the girl is laughing so hard she can't help it. Maybe she farts at the same time she's weeing herself, which also can happen is a girl laughs too hard. Or even when they cough too hard.
In short, female biology is disgusting.
