    Well I assume daily/weekly/monthly backups are taken, so if needed it could be restored from this. I think this was what El Gordo meant in his post.

    It's not what I meant, but it would also work.

    I just had a nap , I'll change the signature now.

    If the restore button is not working, or it is not available (?), the only non complicated way I would see my signature would be in the Google cache. But seeing my last signature was kinda new, the few postings I had using it it has not been indexed by Google yet, I only can find the old one.

    It is not a problem, as a signature takes a few secs only.

    But I see the validity of the restore data discussion, so I let you guys have the ring
