    Studies have shown that if you drink a litre a day your general health will increase ten-fold....i need to start drinking more.

    a litre is nothing. Only 2 and half pints? When i was younger i drank 8 - 10 pints of milk per day. Its still fluid. A litre of anything isnt much.

    i think an average male is meant to drink 3-4 ltrs per day of water...not 100 percent sure but i think so.

    So if the average man is meant to drink that much whats your recommended litreage..
